MOTOR NEURON TYPES Spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA), popularly known as Kennedy's disease, is a progressive debilitating neuro degenerative disorder resulting in muscle cramps and progressive weakness due to degeneration of motor neurons in the brainstem and spinal cord. Kennedy's disease is an inherited motor neuron disease that affects males. Symptoms include muscle weakness,cramps in arms ,legs and facial area , Enlarged Breasts in males , with difficulty in swallowing and speaking.
